I have to admit I panicked a bit when I realized we had a leak and I was not sure where it was coming from. I was picturing a flooded attic, mold, the whole works. Steven responded immediately, came right over and went above and beyond to determine if we had any water in our barely accessible attic. He was calming, professional and thorough. Fortunately, the issue was nowhere as big as I had feared, and he was honest enough to resolve the problem efficiently and economically. This team did an amazing job. I had a ceiling in a 35 year old house about to collapse and Leonardo Contracting came in and did the job - they moved all the furniture out of the way, removed the damaged ceiling, replaced it with a new one, painted the ceiling and the walls and put all the furniture back and cleaned up to perfection. I highly recommend them for any construction jobs.

I’m May I had a flood, which completely gutted my first floor. I quoted 4 other contractors but did not feel drawn to any one, then I contacted Leonardo contracting and I’m so happy I did! Every step of the way Stephen and his crew took care of my house and all the necessary work seamlessly. Even with hiccups along the way that come with an older home, Stephen and his crew knew what to do, or what to do next. I could not be more happy with all the work that they did!!!
